Glenn Sanford launched eXp in the US in 2009 with just 25 agents. In 14 years the agency has grown to 88,000 agents in 24 countries.
One of the main reasons for the expansion has been the generous commissions that agents enjoy. In Dubai the split is 80/20 in the favour of agents. However, it gets better because was the company has received AED 100,000 the agents receive 100% of the commission. We are a totally agent centric company.
Technology
eXp uses Virbela software which is a wholly owned subsidiary. This allows for meetings and conferences to take place from the comfort of your own home.
